Notification on the processing of personal data
DP Legal takes great care and highest regard for third parties' personal data. DP Legal Professional Association, as Data Controller of Your personal data, pursuant to and for the effects of EU Reg. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), hereby informs you that the abovementioned legislation provides for the protection of stakeholders with regard to the treatment of personal data and that such treatment shall be conducted in full respect of the ethical, legal and transparency principles safeguarding your privacy and rights.
Your personal data will be treated in compliance with the regulations of the aforementioned law and the obligations of confidentiality therein.
The data voluntarily communicated to DP Legal is treated only in the manner and within the limits necessary to respond to any questions posed or for any subsequent additional contacts. No communication or distribution of such data to third parties is carried out in any case, for any purpose. The data collected may be rectified or cancelled at any time, upon request made to that effect by interested parties, also by mail to be sent to dplegal@dplegal.it.
Purposes of processing
Your data will be processed for the following purposes related to the fulfilment of obligations arising from law or contract:
- Technical and functional access to the Site (no data is retained after the browser is closed).
The processing of functional data for the fulfilment of such obligations is necessary for the correct management of the relationship, and its provision is mandatory in order to implement the abovementioned purposes. The Data Controller also informs that any failure or incorrect communication of one of the mandatory pieces of information may make it impossible for the Controller to ensure the adequacy of the processing.
Your personal data will not be used in any way for marketing or advertising purposes.
Methods of processing
Your personal data may be processed by means of electronic computers using software systems managed by third parties. Each processing operation takes place in compliance with the methods set forth in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the adequate security measures provided.
Communication and dissemination
Your data will be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed entities for the performance of the services necessary for the correct management of the relationship, while fully protecting the rights of the data subject. Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way, and may be transferred · limited to the purposes set out above · only within EU countries.
Retention period
In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided.
Cookies management
Should you have any doubts or concerns regarding the use of cookies, you may always take action to prevent their setting and reading, for example by changing the privacy settings within your browser in order to block certain types. Since each browser, and often different versions of the same browser, also differ significantly from one another, if you prefer to act independently through the browser preferences, detailed information on the necessary procedure can be found in your browser's manual.

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, objection to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as, in general, to exercise all the rights provided by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
